Lumber Liquidators fines $33 million for lies after '60 Minutes' report

The Securities and Exchange Commission announced charges on Tuesday against Lumber Liquidators Holdings Inc. LL, -1.49% for making fraudulent misstatements to investors. The company has also entered into a deferred prosecution agreement with the Department of Justice and agreed to pay a total of $33 million in criminal fines and forfeiture.
