Forty-one people were marched off the Diamond Princess cruise to Japanese hospitals, with the total number of infected passengers at 61.Small groups of passengers have been allowed out of their cabins to get fresh air, but otherwise they are confined to their rooms. "To put it bluntly, we're shadow boxing. We need to bring this virus out into the light so we can attack it properly," World Health Organisation Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.
"We continue to do around six to 10 cases under investigation each day," Dr Robertson told reporters.
