A security guard who was with an armored truck was shot in the chest, but survived because he was wearing body armor, according to police. The FBI's Houston division at 4:30 p.m. said it was responding to the incident alongside Houston police. The agency said the guard was not seriously injured in the shooting.
It's unclear anything was taken during the shooting. Police couldn't immediately confirm if any suspects were in custody on Thursday afternoon.
