See the winners of the Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade
After a close competition, Pookah the Pomeranian was named “Best in Show” at the annual Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade on Saturday.
Before competing, the contestants and their owners marched in the parade on Avenue B alongside hundreds of other canines. Taylor Swift and Barbie costumes were especially popular among parade participants. Meanwhile, some other dog owners put a personal touch on their costumes. Other notable participants included Bodhi, who was dressed as “pupcorn,” as well as Parker, Paige, Jada, Ruby, Skyler, Tallulah and Timothy, who were dressed as Henry VIII and his six wives.
