We are searching for a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java (17+), Microservices, and cloud-based solutions. They should be well-versed in modern software development practices, including DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
The Senior Java Developer will be responsible for architecting and implementing Microservices using Spring Boot and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). They will optimize application performance and ensure high availability and scalability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to gather requirements and define technical solutions. Mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and enforcing coding best practices are also key responsibilities.Minimum requirements include relevant certifications in Java, AWS, Kubernetes, or DevOps. A strong foundation in Java 17+ with expertise in OOP, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles is essential. Proven ability to develop and deploy Microservices architecture in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP) is crucial. Experience with RESTful API design, implementation, and integration is necessary. Proficiency in DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, and Maven is expected. A solid understanding of TDD (Test-Driven Development) using JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber is also required. Banking or financial services experience is a significant advantage.
