If you thrive on tackling complex technical challenges, a dynamic IT solutions company is looking for you to join their team as a Senior Network Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of their networks, while also mentoring junior engineers and contributing to strategic initiatives. Expertise in configuring and managing network devices, designing resilient architectures, and optimizing performance to enhance customer satisfaction is essential for success in this role.Ensure optimal performance and reliability of all network devices.Design and implement scalable, resilient, and high-performance network architectures.Network Monitoring and OptimizationIdentify, resolve, and optimize network issues to enhance efficiency.Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.Diagnose and resolve network incidents promptly to minimize service disruptions.Maintain up-to-date documentation of configurations, diagrams, and procedures for troubleshooting and planning.Collaborate on infrastructure projects such as upgrades, migrations, and expansions.Liaise with 3rd party vendors for onboarding and troubleshooting.Implement changes following standardized processes and document thoroughly.Design and manage failover solutions using protocols like OSPF, BGP, IBGP, STP, and VXLAN.Configure and monitor PPPOE server pools for customer connection authentication.Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative team environment.Routing Protocols ManagementBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Certifications in MikroTik and Huawei preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering or related roles.Hands-on experience with OSPF, BGP, STP, and PPPOE configurations.Strong understanding of network security principles.Ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
