An opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-value, complex construction projects. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with strict quality and safety requirements.
The Senior Project Manager will also contribute to the strategic and operational performance of the business while managing key stakeholder relationships and driving project success from initiation through to completion. Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reportingEnsure compliance with health, safety, quality, and regulatory standardsMonitor project schedules and ensure milestone deliveryContribute to project planning, procurement, and tender processesBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related built environment fieldProven experience delivering large-scale construction projectsKnowledge of South African construction regulations and standardsExposure to Building Information Modelling advantageousOur client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
