Accountable for the team’s infrastructure as well as health , the role, if successful will move the team towards being self-organized, while delivering high quality, valuable work.o Lead/facilitate agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning , sprint retrospectives,o Optimise team’s work focus: Clear obstacles for the team; Protect team from outside interference/ interruptions allowing them to focus on the work,o Grow the adoption of agile practices .o Liaise with Product Owner and Clients around priorities, backlog grooming, sprint themes, delivery approaches, resourcing.• Reporting:• Personal effectiveness:o Communicates clearly and timeously.o Problem solving aptitude o Collaborates effectively with others to meet deliveries.o Aligns to ways of working and team culture.Requirements• Scrum Master certification.• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, TeamFoundationServer.• Advantageous: experience in Human Capital, Actuarial and/or Financial reporting.
