Princeton’s First Ever 50’s Themed Town Square Adult Day Enrichment Center is designed as a 1950’s-60’s small town to evoke a time when members were young adults and is a perfect fit for Town Square's specialized reminiscence therapy that evokes strong memories of the past which they say can be particularly beneficial for members dealing with dementia.
Remembering the past may be a good way for senior citizens to remain engaged in the present.

“This is a center for people that may have some form of dementia,” she said, “but also for those who are just experiencing normal effects of aging, and in that case,are plain fun because who doesn’t like to go back and visit the good old days? It’s like a trip back in time.” “I didn’t have time, raising my family, taking care of the kids. And then the grandkids come. This is so relaxing. You can just think of the beauty of something.”
A third location is planned to open in Marlton in 6-8 months, he says, and beyond that another, possibly in the Freehold area.
