A DNA breakthrough has linked Keith Simms as being the man responsible for 31 incidents of actual or attempted sexual assault between 1985 and 2001.

Simms targeted women aged between 14 and 55, which involved entering homes or abducting women while out jogging or walking, police said today. Police were told the man was always either armed with a knife or threatened the presence of a knife and spoke with an Australian accent.
