As a huge Optus outage continues to affect Australians across the country, Service NSW is reporting issues with its helpline. More than 10 million Optus customers have been impacted by the Optus network outage that began about 4am on Wednesday. However, Service NSW said on Wednesday morning it was also facing difficulties due to the outage. “Due to the Optus outage, calls to 13 77 88 may not work,” it said in a notice. Alternative numbers are available on the website’s service status page.
