Several students, as well as the driver, were hospitalized after a school bus lost control and crashed into a home Thursday morning in New Hempstead, Rockland County.
In a tweet, Michael Specht, supervisor for the town of Ramapo, New York, says, "At the scene of major school bus accident on Southgate Drive. Our thoughts are with the children & their families as we pray for speedy recovery. Thank you all first responders: @Ramapo_PD @RHatzoloh @SpringHillEMS Faist EMS @ChaverimRocklnd. Full investigation is underway by RPD."The bus ripped some siding off the house.
