He is also accused of fatally shooting Conteshia McCoy, 19, sometime last year between mid-February and early April before concealing her body, authorities said. “The crimes committed by this individual were heartless and vile,” the district attorney said. “I am unable to comprehend this level of depravity and wickedness.”
