David Graham Berry pleads not guilty to eight charges over a crash that killed a 56-year-old man in Victoria's Goulburn Valley last year.
David Graham Berry has been ordered to stand trial over the death of a motorcyclist at Yarck in Victoria's Upper Goulburn Valley region last May.A Seymour man will stand trial over the alleged hit-and-run death of a 56-year-old in Victoria's Upper Goulburn Valley region last year.He pleaded not guilty to eight charges in relation to a crash that resulted in the death of a motorbike rider on the Maroondah Highway in Yarck on May 8, 2024.
He was also alleged to have stolen a ute from a hotel in the town of Euroa, about 50 kilometres north of Yarck, on the same day as the crash. Magistrate Simon Zebrowski asked Mr Berry if he wished to have the charges read aloud and he declined.
