Krishna Singh, from North Lanarkshire, was previously awarded the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire by the late Queen in 2013 for his services to healthcare.
A shamed Scots GP who was found guilty of sexually abusing at least 47 patients has been stripped of his MBE.
Singh, from North Lanarkshire, kissed, groped, gave inappropriate examinations and made sleazy comments to his victims over a 35 year period. In a statement, they said: “The King has directed that the appointment of Krishna Ballabh Prasad SINGH to be a Member of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 15 June 2013, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.”
