"Heart disease can affect anyone so the younger you start getting yourself checked, the earlier you can actually prevent something from happening," Ms Warne said.Cricket fans accessing free heart health checks at last year's Boxing Day Test. Last year, 23 heart health machines were dotted around the grounds of the Melbourne Cricket Ground and accessed by one in 20 attendees.Heart disease is theWarne died while on holiday in Thailand in 2022 after he suffered a heart attack.
"We know at the moment it is really challenging for people to get in and see a GP, so this is another really practical way that we can get these sorts of check-ups, this health information early intervention and preventative information into the hands of so many people that we know will ultimately save lives."
Shane Warne Legacy chief executive Helen Nolan said Warne would be proud to see his legacy continuing to help save lives.
