The mother of three allegedly murdered by her former partner in Sydney’s south was a community care worker who “loved life” and had received her Australian passport just days ago, friends say.

Moughnieh’s friends, who were teary in court, told reporters Moughnieh had visited Hodroj’s home on the evening she died.The friends, who spoke anonymously because they feared for their safety, said Moughnieh worked at Muslim Care where she helped people shop and run errands.“She just got her passport one week ago, on Friday.”
