Initial investigations suggest Mr Morgan was performing a U-turn after the battery started going flat.Police say seatbelts were fitted to the buggy, but Ms Hanna was not wearing hers at the time of the crash."It was a tragic accident." Those who were first on scene performed CPR for several minutes before the island paramedic arrived, but she couldn't be saved.Battery-powered golf buggies are the main form of transport on Hamilton Island and ambulance officer Graeme McIntyre said crashes were common. He said the hills and narrow roads on Hamilton Island made the buggies hard to manoeuvre.
