West Coast veteran Dom Sheed has suffered a season-ending ACL rupture, the club confirmed on Tuesday afternoon.
The 29-year-old, who has 165 AFL games to his name including kicking the premiership-winning goal against Collingwood in 2018, has managed a combined 24 games in the past three seasons due to a raft of injury issues.“Unfortunately, Dom ruptured his ACL in an innocuous incident during training on Monday,” General Manager Football Gavin Bell said today.
“We will take some time now to consult with Dom and medical experts about the next step, and we will provide a further update at the appropriate time.”
