Flooding has already scuppered a number of EFL matches and fans will be hoping the same doesn't happen to Man Utd ahead of the trip to Sheffield.
And travelling fans will be checking their weather and traffic apps given the chaos caused by Storm Babet in some parts of the country over the past 24 hours. Yorkshire was hit with flash flooding on Friday with Sheffield taking 84mm of rain, according to the Met Office.
The game is not seemingly in any doubt and the vicinity of Bramall Lane is forecast to stay dry leading up to kick-off and in the hours after full-time. But the journey from Manchester for travelling supporters could be impacted. A number of roads in Sheffield were closed yesterday while some train services may still be affected.
