Sheriff's Dept. investigating fire in Imperial Beach that burned two apartments, car [Breaking]
The San Diego Sheriff’s bomb and arson unit is investigating an early Saturday morning fire in Imperial Beach that damaged two apartments and a car.
The fire started just before 12:30 a.m. Saturday at an apartment complex near the intersection of Emory Street and Calla Avenue, the sheriff’s department said. Two apartments were damaged and a car was destroyed. No one was injured in the fire, the department said. Fire Departments from Coronado, Imperial Beach, Chula Vista and San Diego responded to the blaze, which was put out in less than 30 minutes.
