William Deliz, 23, was rushed to Lancaster General Hospital with four gunshot wounds, according to an affidavit of probable cause. Deliz died from his injuries three days later. Chin was charged with homicide last Friday. Surveillance footage of the 500 block of East End Avenue showed Deliz and two other men standing outside before the shooting. Just before shots were fired, one of Deliz’s acquaintances was seen talking to someone standing out of the camera’s frame, according to the affidavit.The men who dropped Chin off on East Mifflin reportedly picked him up on the 500 block of East End Avenue after the shooting and dropped him off at the Travel Lodge on the 2100 block of Columbia Avenue.
Chin is charged with homicide and persons not to possess a firearm, due to a September 2016 felony conviction, the affidavit said.show Chin was denied bail because of the nature of the charges, and is being held in the Lancaster County Prison.
