BREAKING: A shooting has been reported at a university in Perm, Russia, with students and teachers locking themselves into classrooms, state media says
"Some students and teachers have locked into the classrooms," the press service of the Perm State University said Monday, according to RIA.One person has been injured in the shooting, the university said, according to TASS news agency, which is government-owned.
