Dauphin County Chief Deputy Assistant District Attorney Stephen R. Zawisky said Tumer, Adante Smith and Deion Parson lured Waiwada to Miller Alley just after sunset on August 30, 2019. They told Waiwada they were planning a “small-scale” marijuana deal. Smith had a handgun he stole the day before, and when Waiwada attempted to run away, Smith repeatedly shot and killed him, Zawisky said.after being found guilty of first-degree murder. Parson testified against Smith and was sentenced to eight to 16 years in state prison in a plea agreement to robbery and conspiracy charges.
