Home Bargains shoppers in Liverpool have been slammed for calling the budget retail store the 'wrong name'. Back when Home Bargains was first launched in the city, there was an 'and' included between the two words on its signs.
This was plain to see in the comment section of the store's latest Instagram post. Advertising its brand new £3.99 motion sensor outdoor garden light, the retailer shared a video by TikTok account Thenuttyfamily1.READ MORE: Big changes coming to Anfield as major £4m upgrades planned "We needed a little light in the garden to let our dog out at night. It is a motion sensor security solar light... It was £3.99 so to be honest, we weren't expecting much from it... but I'm just going to show you how bright it is and how much of bargain it is."
As much as the woman raved about the product, many viewers were distracted by something else entirely - her pronunciation of Home Bargains. In the comment section, Jo was quick to point out: "Home Bargains NOT Home and Bargain."
