The Country Fire Service says a fire has caused more than $1 million worth of damage to shops at Mount Compass, on South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula, south of Adelaide.
A bakery, a butcher and another shop were destroyed when fire ripped through the Victor Harbor Road shopping complex about 3:30am.Some are expected to remain at the scene during the day today to extinguish hotspots.Posted
