A decapitated koala and slaughtered border collie were among the remains of almost 20 animals found in a gruesome discovery by council workers in Brisbane. 7NEWS
Two metal drums filled with soil were located and tested by the scientific unit, then cleared.
However, plastic bags nearby were found to contain the remains of 15 to 20 badly mutilated animals, including koalas, dogs, cats, possums, birds and guinea pigs.The sickening discovery was made in Toowong’s ANZAC Park.The remains were taken by police and the incident has been referred to the RSPCA for investigation.
