Nine men aged between 21 and 32 are facing 75 serious drug and firearms trafficking charges after a four-month police operation targeting a south-east Queensland scheme allegedly linked to organised crime groups.

Inspector Phelps said police would allege they were involved with an operation that had links to organised crime groups, including outlaw motorcycle gangs. Investigators from crime and intelligence command's state drug squad carried out raids in Moreton Bay, Brisbane and the northern Gold Coast between last Friday and Monday.
