The Hood County Sheriff’s Office said Donald Carver was last seen about noon Wednesday walking in the 400 block of East Road, near Tommie Faye Drive. Carver has been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment and his disappearance is a threat to his safety, police said. He is described as a white man who is 6-4 and weighs about 130 pounds. He has white hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a collared shirt, blue jeans and black shoes., Breaking News Reporter
