This has been my go to dressing for the past few years - it is my absolute favourite part of the holiday meal!! I usually do part 1 the day before and then pop it in the oven after the bird comes out.VERY important: a) use LOW sodium or NO sodium chicken stock; b) use enough bread!! If you have a kitchen scale , weigh your bread cubes - I used 1 pound + 1 ounce. Using the correct amount of bread will avoid having dressing that’s soggy in the middle, which is, let’s face it, disgusting.
