Join a dynamic engineering company as a Simulation Applications Engineer where you will be responsible for managing technical accounts and projects to ensure clients’ success with their cutting-edge Simulation portfolio. You will work closely with clients to understand their engineering workflows and propose tailored solutions using our Altair Simulation products. The role involves providing training, direct support, and presenting technologies that align with customer objectives.
Collaboration with the sales team is essential to identify growth opportunities and execute initiatives that expand the business.Understand client engineering workflows and propose optimal simulation solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute initiatives to grow business opportunities. Troubleshoot engineering problems, identify best practices, and introduce innovative concepts for optimal design.A B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with a strong focus on computational methods is required. Demonstrated experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) or Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) with tools like SolidWorks Simulation, ANSYS, or Nastran is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for exploring new design methodologies are crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively, are also necessary.Preferred Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities to identify best engineering practices.Desired Skills:
