Veteren talk show host Sir Michael Parkinson has died at the age of 88, his family has confirmed.
Remembered as the “king of the chat show” Sir Michael’s career spanned seven decades, having interviewed the biggest stars of the 20t century from John Lennon to Muhammad Ali.
