Six people have died after a four-wheel-drive and a road train collided on a highway south of Darwin
The crash occurred on the Stuart Highway near Pine Creek in the Katherine on Friday before both vehicles burst into flames.Six people have been killed on a highway - south of Darwin in what police have called the Northern Territory's deadliest crash in 16 years.Northern Territory Police Detective Senior Sergeant Brendan Lindner said first responders were faced with "a confronting crash".
