A young boy diagnosed with cancer earlier this year has fulfilled his dream and become an honorary member of the NSW Police.
Mitchell Ray is fighting terminal neuroblastoma, a form of cancer that is made up of cells found in nerve tissues of the body. The six-year-old had a day to remember today, taking a spin in a Highway Patrol vehicle and being escorted in style to the Marine Area Command for a cruise around Sydney Harbour.He also helped out the Rescue and Bomb Disposal Unit.Mum Erin said Mitchell's dream had been to grow up and be Iron Man so he could "catch the baddies".
