When checking for moles, Dr Friedmann recommends using the ABCDE method and to get your moles checked if it applies:C: Colour– the mole grows larger than a pencil eraser“If you think your skin has been damaged by the sun and presents some changes that you find worrying, make sure you seek professional advice,” he adds. “It’s important to remember, if treated early enough, malignant melanoma is curable. So, if in doubt, get yourself checked.
