Our coverage in 2022 included being on the ground in Ukraine since the first day of Russia's invasion and getting the first UK TV interview with President Zelenskyy. Sky News was also the first broadcaster to report the death of Queen Elizabeth, with Dermot Murnaghan making the announcement to the gasps of the crowds next to him at Buckingham Palace.He was praised for being a"visual storyteller whose professionalism shines through in all his work".
The wins come after TV watchdog Ofcom last year found Sky News was the most trusted UK news broadcaster.Other winners at the ceremony, held at the Hilton on London's Park Lane, include Jeremy Paxman - who won an outstanding contribution award.
