Panania shooting: Lametta Fadlallah laid to rest at Punchbowl service | jennynoise
Sydney mother Lametta Fadlallah has been farewelled at her family’s local Maronite Catholic church after she and her hairdresser Amneh “Amy” al-Hazouri were shot dead in a suspected gangland hit this month.
The funeral comes amid rumours swirling in Sydney’s criminal circles that someone was paid up to $500,000 to get rid of Fadlallah. Police are aware of the rumours but would not comment further. Investigators believe Fadlallah, who was known to police through two previous marriages to Sydney crime figures, was the target of the assassination.
