Slalom’s culture, learning programs, innovation mindset, and leaders are constantly working towards flexible career paths and meaningful work for staff.
The AFR Boss Best Places to Work awards recognise organisations that are pioneering new ways of working and pushing the boundaries when it comes to workplace policies and practices.
“Every day the aim is to give talented, motivated professionals the opportunity to work where they live, help people and organizations in their own communities, spend more time with loved ones, and the chance to love your work, and love your life,” she says. Slalom Australia seeks to empower every Slalom team member to pursue their passion, with flexible career paths and meaningful work.
