Slimming World fans 'obsessed' with quick pasta bake recipe that tastes 'amazing'

And this particular dish is "indulgent" yet still allows people to reach their weight loss goals - plus it only takes less than an hour to prepare. Edinburgh Live reports that the healthy dish contains a delicious mix of 5% fat minced beef, onion, peppers, mushrooms, garlic and seasonings. Sharing the recipe on Facebook, Slimming World fan Jessica Cadman said: "Although I'm getting there my appetite is still a bit bleh... And all I fancied was cheese and beans on toast tonight not really exciting I know but this little beauty is exciting! Its syn free, packed full of speed, topped with cheese, involves pasta I mean it's just everything you want and need! Hence why I'm re sharing it!"Fans of the recipe were quick to comment on the post.
