Yes, you should make these for your NYE party
This is a great cookie - honestly one of my favorites of all time. Cardamom isn’t too much; don’t be scared. Definitely really press in the cornflakes, and you’ll be good to go. Unfortunately, Skor Choclate Toffee bars have Soy Lecithen in them, to which both myself and the two people who would potentially eat these if I made them - have a pretty serious allergy to. Bummer.this cookie was delicious + perfect. I followed the recipe exactly.
Will definitely make again! This might get me into hot water, but here's what I did based on other reviews: cut down on cardamom cut out white sugar entirely only one heath bar, finely chopped ADDED: Handful of raisins, 1.5 cups pretzels. With only 1c brown sugar, and the saltiness of pretzels to balance, I don't think these are too sweet - but I'd like to keep working on it to see how I can get the right cookie consistency with 3/4 c brown sugar, which I think would be ideal.
