Winter is coming for Scotland 😮
A new prediction from Met Office forecasters have shared when Scotland is set to see snow, as the weather begins to turn across the UK.
As the festive season grows closer, snow is typical for Scotland at this time of year - although in previous seasons, the snow has been delayed until the spring, with the flakes falling in March instead. However, snow showers are expected to begin next month, as November 7 is the start date predicted for the wintry weather.Met Office meteorologists said: "Some snow is expected to fall in any showers in northern and western areas.
Windy at times, with a chance of gales in the west. Temperatures likely to continue to be mild overnight and warm during the day, trending above normal for this time of year.
