Business Secretary Kemi Badenoch said the SNP should 'stop whining' after the UK Government decided not to extend legislation to Scotland that would pardon sub-postmasters caught up in the Horizon scandalare “too lazy” to do their own legislative work amid a spat over the UK Government’s handling of the Post Office scandal.
