Australian midfielder Aaron Mooy will return to Europe, signing with Scottish giants Celtic for the upcoming season. WWOS

Mooy had left EPL club Brighton in 2020, taking a big money move to Shanghai Port in the Chinese Super League.

"It's always a bit stressful when you're talking with a club, especially a club like Celtic," he said. It's also a reunion with former Australia coach Ange Postecoglou, whose tenure at Celtic has received rave reviews so far."Ange was my coach for three years, I think, with the national team - I know the standards he wants and I'm looking forward to working with him again," Mooy said.

"I've known Tom a long time, we spoke lots of times about Celtic - I'm always interested to know what it's like up there in Scotland," Mooy said.
