BRIDGE the gap between technology solutions and business requirements through the successful identification and adoption of solutions and systems as the next Software Implementation Specialist sought to join the team of a forward-thinking Property Specialist.
You will review and assess business needs and current processes, manage project timelines, resources and budgets while staying updated with product developments and updates for continuous improvement. The successful incumbent must possess a Degree in IT/Computer Science or related field, have 5 years work experience in System Integration and/or Technical Project Management including Big Data analysis and Project Management software.Review and assess business needs and current processes looking for opportunities for efficiencies.Document current processes and system integrations. Propose solutions that can be used to solve areas identified for improvement and select the software/system needed.Manage project timelines, resources and budgets when working with partners or new systems.Document processes and create materials to support the implementation.Train and support to ensure effective use of new systems or services and then monitor/troubleshoot.Research and Analysis –Share relevant updates with the business to elevate overall understanding.Minimum 5 years’ experience in System Integration and/or Technical Project Management.Aptitude to apply technology driven solutions to business problems or enhance efficiencies.Excellent communicator and able to work with internal teams and service providers.
