We are looking for a talented Solution Architect to design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions tailored to our clients' needs. You will work closely with teams to understand requirements, define architecture, and ensure successful deployment. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end technical solutions tailored to meet the business needs of the company clients. You will work closely with all the teams to understand requirements, define architecture, and ensure the successful deployment of solutions.
This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.– Platform expertise: Develop an expert understanding of all the solutions that comprise our clients existing platform, as well as the current architecture and design. – Stakeholder Engagement: Work directly with teams across the business to understand business needs for new solutions or enhancements, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. – Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of scalable, reliable, and secure data-driven solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives. – Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical expert, providing guidance to both internal teams on best practices, frameworks, and technologies. – Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver integrated solutions that align with the overall product vision and strategy. – End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the entire solution implementation lifecycle, from initial design and planning to deployment and testing. – Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and approaches to improve the quality, scalability, and performance of the companies’ solutions. – Documentation & Training: Develop clear and comprehensive documentation for solutions, ensuring both internal stakeholders and clients have the necessary resources. Provide training as needed. – Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks associated with the solution design and delivery.– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field .– 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect, or similar technical role.– Demonstrated experience in solutions that involve software development, data engineering, and data science workflows.– Experience in working under compliance frameworks like ISO27001 and NIST.– Familiarity with data processing frameworks and cloud-based data storage solutions.– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.– Prior experience working in a fast-growing startup or similar environment will be advantageous.The company believes in taking care of the company team and creating an environment where you can thrive.
