It's not so much about what firefighters do daily, but what they're willing to do for someone experiencing their worst day," Headman said in a press release. "Provo has the most caring, service-oriented first responders a community could want." "His multifaceted roles ranging from paramedic, engineer, station captain, to battalion chief have equipped him with insights. But what truly warms my heart is Jeremy's genuine connection with his team," Kaufusi said. "Chief Headman has earned the admiration of the 81 full-time firefighters because he has taken time to know each one personally."
