Former US president Donald Trump has expressed his doubts over Joe Biden's cognitive ability to run for a second term as he resurfaces after facing Criminal Court in Manhattan last week.
Mr Biden hinted at his plans to run in 2024 prior to the annual White House Easter Egg Roll event over the weekend.
“I think it's almost inappropriate for me to say it. I don’t see how it’s possible. There’s something wrong.” “I saw his answer today… that was a long answer talking about the eggs, this and that. Look, I don’t think he can,” he said.
