Music licensing business and IPO hopeful Songtradr is back on the acquisition trail, snapping up UK-listed 7digital Group with proceeds from a recent capital raising.
Songtradr said the acquisition would enhance relationships with its existing customers, accelerate its growth plans and be better placed to pick up a greater share of music in video games, online applications and digital platforms.
