South Sydney Rabbitohs legend and one of the NRL's most prolific tryscorers Nathan Merritt is fighting for his life in hospital after he was found unresponsive on Friday afternoon.
The former winger and fullback is on life support after he reportedly collapsed while staying at his aunty's residence, according to The Daily Telegraph.
Merritt is believed to have taken part in the Koori Knockout rugby league competition on the Central Coast over the weekend and onlookers have claimed he sustained a concussion in a game however it is not known if this is related to his collapse on Friday.
