The more than 3,000-acre Soldier's Gap Ranch in Southwest Texas is for sale with a $7.6 million price tag.

Soldier’s Gap includes everything from plains to peaks with elevation changes of 400 feet. The ranch has recently been converted to a recreational and hunting property.Foster Farm & Ranch Real Estate is marketing the property, which recently received road upgrades and additional water wells.

“With some work, we were able to transform Soldier’s Gap into a recreational ranch,” real estate broker Chad Foster said in a statement. “Now the ranch can share its beauty with a whole new family and generation. It was a working cattle ranch for more than 50 years, but the family who owned it maintained it well.”The brokers expect the ranch to appeal to buyers looking for recreational land for hunting, fishing and sightseeing.
